Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of CashIn — the CashIn web platform, the Cash In Mobile apps for iOS and Android, and this website. Please read them before using the service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a CashIn account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation.
If you have signed a separate written agreement with us covering CashIn, that agreement takes precedence wherever it conflicts with these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
CashIn is a fleet management platform for ATM operators. It connects to the processor networks you use, collects terminal status, transactions, end-of-day balances and location data on a schedule, and presents that data as dashboards, cash forecasts, route plans and reports.
We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change would materially reduce functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
CashIn is a tool for managing information about your fleet. It does not move money, dispense cash or operate your machines, and it does not replace your own controls, reconciliation or judgement.
3. Accounts and access
Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator in your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping it current.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- Do not share sign-in credentials between people. Everyone who uses CashIn needs their own account.
- Administrators in your organisation control who has access and at what permission level, and are responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
- We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised, or that is being used in breach of these terms.
4. Your data
The terminal records, transaction and balance data, routes, work orders, photos and other content that you or your processors supply to CashIn remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You grant us the licence we need to host, process, transmit and display that data in order to provide the service to you — including retrieving it from your processor accounts on your instruction.
You confirm that you have the right to give us that data and to authorise us to sign in to your processor accounts on your behalf. You are responsible for the credentials you enter for third-party systems.
We may use aggregated and de-identified data — data that does not identify you, your organisation, your customers or your machines — to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
You can export your data from CashIn at any time while your account is active. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use CashIn lawfully, and only to manage ATM operations you are authorised to manage. In particular, you agree not to:
- Access data belonging to another organisation, or attempt to circumvent the permission and tenancy controls in the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the platform or the mobile apps, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written agreement.
- Upload malicious code, probe or load-test the service without permission, or interfere with its operation for other customers.
- Use the service in breach of the anti-money-laundering, sanctions, privacy or payment network rules that apply to your business.
We may suspend access without notice where we reasonably believe continued use poses a security, legal or operational risk, and will restore it as soon as the issue is resolved.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, the billing period and any usage limits are set out in the order form, quote or subscription plan you agreed with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply.
Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. We may suspend the service on continued non-payment, after giving you notice and a reasonable opportunity to settle.
Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise. We may change our pricing on renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect.
7. Processors, app stores and other third parties
CashIn depends on third-party services — the processor networks it collects data from, mapping and routing providers, and cloud hosting. We are not responsible for those services’ availability, accuracy or terms, and a change on their side may affect what CashIn can do.
Data collected from a processor is only as accurate and as current as what that processor makes available. CashIn shows you when each feed last synced successfully; data should not be treated as current beyond that point.
Cash In Mobile is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of the apps is also subject to the relevant store’s terms. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the apps or for supporting them.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to keep CashIn available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, processor outages and events outside our control can all interrupt the service.
Except as expressly stated in these terms or in a signed agreement with you, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Cash forecasts, dispense projections and route plans are estimates produced from historical data. They are decision support, not guarantees. You remain responsible for your cash ordering, loading and reconciliation decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of or relating to the service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you hold a CashIn account. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time; where you have a subscription, cancellation takes effect in line with the terms of your plan.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be fixed or where the law requires it.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Export anything you need before your account closes. We will delete or return remaining data in line with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the product before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use CashIn after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
The state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue there.
